Amr El Tawil
Chairman
Amr El Tawil is the Chief Executive Officer of Triangle Holding, a leading regional conglomerate with subsidiaries active across critical sectors including oil & gas, engineering & construction, power & water, heavy equipment, transportation, infrastructure, and aviation. El Tawil is actively involved in the international expansion of Triangle throughout the MENA region.
El Tawil holds a masters degree in construction management from Texas A&M University in the United States. In addition to his work with Triangle, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of Mohamed El Tawil Foundation for Sustainable Development.
Ayman Moharam
Vice Chairman and Operations Managing Director
Ayman Moharam is one of the founding members of Gama Construction and held a variety of roles in the company’s early days. He supported the quality assurance and health and safety efforts that led to Gama’s ISO certifications. He currently works as the firm’s Operations Managing Director, overseeing operations and ensuring that projects are completed to exceed clients’ expectations.
Moharam holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Alexandria University.
Mohamed Aglan
Vice Chairman
Mohamed Aglan brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of construction to his work at Gama. Prior to pursuing his own entrepreneurial ventures, Aglan held senior management positions at regional construction companies. He has also worked at various multinational firms including Fosroc, Vinci, Harbert Johns, Skasnska and manConsolidated Contractors Company.
Aglan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Alexandria University in 1986, and he earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Arab Academy of Science and Technology in 2003. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from the American University in Cairo.
Ahmed El Tawil
Board Member
Ahmed El Tawil is the Vice Chairman of Triangle Group. In 1985, he established Triangle’s aviation, energy, and transportation divisions. After successfully leading them into sector-leading businesses, he founded Triangle’s information technology and telecommunications subsidiaries. His leadership was central to the mergers that created Raya Holding, the largest IT and telecommunications company in Egypt.
El Tawil holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University and a master’s degree in computer engineering from Cornell University.
Fahkry Eid
Board Member
Fakhry Eid has over 40 years of diversified experience in the execution of mega engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. Prior to joining Gama Construction as a board member, Eid worked in reputable companies such as Engineering for Petroleum and Process Industries (Enppi), Arab British Helicopters, and many other leading companies.
Eid holds a bachelor’s of engineering from Cairo University and master’s in control engineering from England.
